Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be received by email at [email protected] . A full refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the scheduled event. A refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be granted if the request is received between 29 and 8 days prior to the scheduled event. No refund will be granted if the request is received within 7 days of the scheduled event. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, you can send someone in your place by contacting [email protected]. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Brightways Learning reserves the right to cancel events if minimum numbers are not met. Fees will be refunded in full.
